Since the Gateway of India is a protected heritage site, all branding concepts require prior approval from the Police + BMC + PWD + RTO. This approval process may take 1–2 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of the idea. The activation is allowed for a fixed duration of 4 hours a day, and the total cost includes only the active display duration.
