What is the role of the Partnerships team in 12thCross?

A team member in Partnerships has multifaceted roles and they are:

  1. Research & Tie-Up: Identifying agencies or freelancers in various marketing services such as Graphic and Design, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, etc. Once identified, forming tie-up and onboarding them to 12thCross platform.
  2. Social media and Organic traffic: In order to build the traffic of, creating posts for social media and figuring out various marketing ideas to build organic traffic.
  3. Product Improvement: Working in collaboration with the Product team to drive improvement of 12thCrosss
  4. Communication: Effective communication with Service providers, users, and internal team members

MBA with more than 65% across 10th, 12th, Graduation 

Work experience requirement

  1. Freshers to 2 years (maximum) of work experience can apply
  2. Candidate with a background in vendor onboarding/listing that involved talking to the vendors would be preferred. eCommerce marketplace like Snapdeal, Flipkart, Uber Eats, Swiggy, Qtrove, IndiaMart, JustDial, etc where vendors are on-boarded and listed are good examples of such companies

Other important skills and traits required to succeed in this role:

  1. Ownership and should not accept NO as an answer
  2. Ability to build and nurture relationships with team and partners
  3. Ability to multi-task
  4. Open to feedback and take up additional responsibilities
  5. Good at communication (Verbal and written)
