The team is highly unprofessional. No proper communication or accountability. I had a disappointing experience, and the HR — Yukta — was completely unresponsive and careless throughout the process.

Extremely unprofessional and ill-managed organization. Can't comment on their Digital Marketing abilities & competency, but we gave them a Shopify Website Project with certain mutually agreed terms, which were all very terribly breached. The Requirement Gathering & Documentation with their team was smooth. But later, we figured that their internal communication is extremely poor. The team that took the entire briefing & did documentation didn't pass on the right message/documentation to their development team. Their development team struggled through out and couldn't deliver. Our project was a decently valued job which required expertise, but a team of complete freshers was assigned to handle the project. It was later, when they struggled for about 30-45 days, seniors were looped in. Despite that the project couldn't be delivered. Front End Designing is very basic & old school. They are totally unaware of modern design methodologies & practices. From their work it seemed like a work of very immature design team. The designed website was breaking on different devices like tablet, mobile etc. Development was also very poor. Despite handing & signing over of a complete checklist to be followed during development, majority of the points related to aesthetics, functionality and SEO were missed. To incorporate all those changes, all pages would have required efforts & time to redo it. We trusted Amura for all rectifications and up to the mark completion of this job, and paid them almost 70% of the project amount, on their constant assurances, only to realize later that their entire team stopped responding to us over mails, WhatsApp, Calls etc. From my experience, i can advise that, Before finalizing your work with them, Please make sure to discuss in depth on every point, howsoever long the documentation may be. Make them agree for liquidation damages in case they breach their contract/timelines. Ensure that right project managers and development teams are assigned to your project.
