We paid ₹16,000 to this company for business name and brand name suggestions. Initially, they only asked us to fill in a few very generic details. After submitting everything, we had to constantly follow up for updates. Almost three weeks later, they provided just few name options — all of which were completely irrelevant and lacked creativity. When we checked the suggested names using AI tools and basic online searches, it was clear that they were not professionally developed. It felt like no real effort or research had been done. The entire process seemed like a waste of time. To make matters worse, after suggesting certain names, they later contradicted themselves and told us we couldn’t seriously consider one of the names they had provided. This inconsistency clearly shows a lack of professionalism. We ended up wasting nearly a month, along with our money, patience, and valuable time. The service was extremely disappointing and unproductive. Additionally, every time we spoke to the relationship partner, she kept talking about how great their CEO is and what he has accomplished, instead of addressing our concerns. It felt like they were trying to impress us with stories rather than deliver actual creative work. In the end, we realized that they focus more on self-promotion than on providing quality service. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend their services.
