Very Disappointing Experience – Did Not Match Promises I am writing this review after my previous Google review was deleted, which itself raises concerns about transparency. I feel it is important to publicly share my experience so that other real estate partners, channel partners, and vendors are aware of how this organisation actually operates versus what is promised. We engaged this agency based on their strong claims around real estate digital marketing, CAC reduction, and quality lead generation. Unfortunately, our actual experience did not match these promises. Campaign execution was delayed, Google Ads went live much later than committed, and lead quality was extremely poor. Out of dozens of leads generated, only one was usable, resulting in a very high cost per qualified lead for our market. Despite continuous feedback, responses were slow and there was no clear corrective plan or escalation process. When concerns were raised regarding performance and accountability, the communication felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Overall, based on my experience, I would strongly advise real estate partners and vendors to do thorough due diligence and seek clear SOPs, reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms before engaging.
