I placed two public notice advertisements through them, and during our initial discussion I had clearly stated that I would require the printed copies of the newspapers, as these need to be submitted for legal purposes. I was explicitly assured by the representative coordinating with me that the copies would be sent once the ads appeared. It has now been nine days since publication, and despite multiple follow-ups, the printed copies have still not been delivered. What is particularly disappointing is not the delay itself, but the repeated assurances that the copies have already been sent, which has clearly not been the case. If couriering the newspapers is a chargeable service, that should have been communicated upfront. Misrepresentation and evasive responses are unacceptable, especially when the requirement was clearly stated at the outset. This experience seriously raises questions about their reliability and whether they are worth engaging with in the future.

I placed a notice ad through smartads. While the entire exercise was done smoothly, I had clearly mentioned before placing the ad that I needed a hard copy of the papers once the ads appeared and I was assured regarding the same. However, it’s 6 days now since the girl at smartads has told me that she has couriered the newspapers and I haven’t received them. Clearly they aren’t concerned about their reputation once the monies are paid. Going forward if and when I need their services again, I’ll need to think twice because unprofessionalism isn’t something I appreciate!
