Interning with Mindstorm has been a great great experience. I was so glad that being an intern also I was allowed to voice up my opinions and share my ideas freely without any hesitation. The work culture here is not at all monotonous and every day is new learning. Thank you, Mindstorm.

I am writing this review in relevance to the people who wish to work here and not for the clients. I had applied online for a entry level job at this agency and they had send me mail directly with a bunch of questions about my address and CTC expectations. After responding to that they directly send me a 3 part long assignment with a 24hour deadline without even providing any contact if I have queries or even asking if I am even available to manage the assignment with the current notice period. After all that I managed to do the assignment gaining no sleep which took me 14 straight hours and then they scheduled the interview with no prior notice and did not even tell me any details about the interviewer, just send me link that's all. and the lady who was taking the interview was horrible. Her attitude was the worst and she was very arrogant. she did not even ask me any relevant questions like what my previous job role entailed and straight away told me that knowledge means nothing, being a part of something means nothing unless you are doing it all by yourself. The company has no money to offer, they are looking for a 3+ year type of person with the offering of an internship stipend. I have received 3 offer letters from digital marketing agencies itself matching my desired CTC, so obviously the lady was wrong about her thoughts but whatever it is she should watch her tone while talking to people in interviews. I am glad, I did not choose to work here.

I am about to complete a year here and its been a great journey. Ups and downs is a part of the story but if i have to define Mindstorm I would call it a rollercoaster of learning as even if you are going down you know you are going to rise up in the next moment as it has taught me some insane digital techniques. Also an opportunity to connect with high profile brands shouldn't be missed - too much exposure. I have been promoted from an intern to an executive and learned way too much in this journey.

Had an opportunity to work with the Mindstorm Team as for Social Media mandates. Loved the thorough operations support and attention to timelines invested by the team, along with the bright ideas and solid content contribution shared by the account managers.Young, energetic and brilliant bunch of folks!
