Sub. : Response to your Review :- I would like to clarify the points mentioned in your review regarding our experience with your company. 1. Delays & Repeated Explanations: Our team had to repeatedly explain the website design and requirements due to your internal team changes. The initial project developer was replaced and a new, inexperienced developer was introduced, which caused unnecessary delays and forced us to re-explain everything from scratch. Despite our efforts to cooperate, your team missed multiple deadlines and failed to provide timely updates on progress. 2. Unprofessional Behavior: The owner of your company, Ms. Neha Sharma, displayed poor communication skills and, at one point, even shouted at my boss when he inquired about project delays. Later, she cited a medical operation as an excuse for the lack of progress, which should have been communicated earlier to manage expectations. 3. Project Execution & Outcome: The completion deadline was never met, and the lack of a structured workflow from your team caused unnecessary disruptions. Despite our patience and repeated clarifications, the project suffered from inefficiencies due to the constant need to revisit already discussed requirements. It is important to acknowledge that the delays and inefficiencies were primarily due to mismanagement on your end. We made every effort to work collaboratively, but the experience was far from smooth due to a lack of professionalism and accountability from your company. _____________________________________________________________ My old review :- This is worst company for website development. Their owner and operations head are totally lazy who only commit but don't accomplish the work within the time frame. Very poor staff strength. They took six months in delivery of a website which also didn't complete. I would recommend please do not give any business to this company
