I’m feeling bad to share this experience from you guys, I didn’t expect this service from the team squadra_media. You guys are ‘as fresh as it gets’ in the market,but this kind of service will not help you to grow in this comparative field. I called your team thrice for the details, everytime i wanted according to your words but didn’t get any response regarding my query! Awful! Be professional as you’re fresh start up.

As goes for any company Squadra Media has its pros and cons as well. On the positive side of things, Squadra Media is a company where you'll find one of the friendliest work environments. The employees and management have a helpful mindset, making it a great place to get your work done without feeling bored or make you feel like you're in one of those typical corporate jobs. The office parties they organize are a big plus and helps keep employees motivated. Whenever you speak up about any issues or concerns, they handle them professionally and to the best of their ability. On the downside, or a bane is that Squadra Media lacks proper HR policies, as they make rules on the go. Which although I am listing as a con, can be easily fixed by hiring a competent or efficient HR professional who knows what he/she is doing to ensure fairness and consistency.

Working at Squadra Media was a good experience , where I got to learn and grow a lot! I got to learn a lot from the entire team. Working with a wide range of clients at Squadra, one does gets an opportunity to grow in the field of Digital Marketing. The co-founder’s and founder help all their employees get a lot of exposure and achieve their professional goals as individuals too. Wishing the entire team more power and success 🙌

I wonder how does this company functions. Its been 11 days since my enquiry and I'm yet to to receive a basic proposal for my requirement despite making 2 follow ups. It's a very nice way of treating potential clients.
