Hello , Thank you so much for the entire team of Sriven group for your assistance and suggestions. I got a flat at Metropole Bangalore having #504 which is one of the project of Sriven group. Investment here is in boom as I got per sq ft for 3000Rs and now the value has increased in a span of 6 months. The flat purchased here is affordable for every class people. Special thanks to Ashwini and team for their assistance these guys raise the company standards and the society by bring in great projects in town unlike other competitors. Never buy a property with sriven properties. Always manipulate, fake promise,tries to cheat in every way possible. Be very careful. Very bad customer relationship after registration of the property. Brings gundas to the apartment and threatens with abusive words. My honest advise is "Never buy a property from sriven". Be careful with Ragavendra (MD), Ashwin and other employees.

i had purchased Flats from sriven Rag Meridian at Bommasandra its a Budget Flat with world class amenities im a happy customer, and staffs were also helpful, had got a good price from Ashwini.
