The media rights for ICC have been retained by Disney Star till 2027. As per sources, Disney Star has paid $3 Bn in order to bag the media rights for 2024-2027. (Source: E4M)

The expected bump up in ad spends by both traditional and new age categories has the TV broadcasting industry hoping to see a stronger advertising growth in H2. The period of September-December is expected to be a very strong period which will comprise 40-45% of the total revenue.

OTT AVOD platforms are eyeing for a 30% growth in their ad spends in H2. With the festive season around the corner, OTT platforms are releasing fresh content and advertisers are hoping to get utmost results this festive period.
