The advertising revenue of e-commerce giant Amazon has grown by 32% YoY to reach $9.7 Billion, according to the company’s filings in the 4th Quarter of 2021. After Google-parent Alphabet and Facebook-parent Meta, Amazon is now the third biggest company in the online ad business. (Source: E4M)

The ‘Dentsu-e4m Digital Advertising in Indian 2022’ report was unveiled on Feb 1. The report highlights the significant digital advertising trends of 2022, among other data and predictions. MX Player and ALT Balaji have roped in Kangana Ranaut as a host of a new captive reality show called ‘Lock Upp: Badass Jail, Atyachaari Khel’. ALTBalaji and MX Player will livestream this show 24×7 on their respective platforms and will have the audience interact directly with the contestants. The show premiers on ALTBalaji & MX Player from 27th February 2022.

Pinterest has reported a 76% growth in revenue, according to the company filings in the 4th Quarter of 2021. The company has even witnessed an increase of 37% in Global Monthly Active Users reaching up to 459 Mn. 

Google witnessed a 32% growth in revenue, reaching $75.3 Billion in the fourth quarter of 2021, ending the year with a total of $76 billion in profit.
