Everything is done from midnight till next morning.The whole exercise costs us much more but we charge our client 50k only extra for all 68 trains, if there are less number of trains then it would be 25k to 50k extra.

When does the ads play?
When the train nears the arriving station, along with the announcement of the station name ad will be played.
What is the minimum seconds to book the campaign ?
20 sec per spot, if the client has a creative of 10 sec it will be played back to back as 20 sec.
Campaigns are restricted to 5 clients If a client wants to increase the frequency of ad we need to take 2 spots, the ad will play 80 times per day.
Can I choose to play ad only on 1st class and 2nd class ?
No, ads will be played both in 1st class and 2nd class.
How is the ad schedule, can I choose a specific time ?
Ad will be played 40 times throughout the day, we cannot choose specific timing.
What is reloading and how long does it take ?
Changing of creative is referred as reloading, it involves the team to physically be present at multiple train yards in Mumbai to remove old data cards and replace new encrypted data cards.
Lead time 2-3 days depending on the number of trains.
What are the charges for reloading ?
50K if it all 68 trains, 25-50K extra if less trains involved.
What is non traditional advertising?
