Role Summary

Pune is one of the largest advertising spend markets in India. It has a large number of Startups, Small and Mid Size Businesses looking to advertise. In order to build a business with new SMEs and Startups, Media Ant is looking at further strengthening their existing Account Management Sales team in Pune. The opening is based out of Pune. The job of the Account Management Sales team is to reach out to new advertisers, provide them with an advertising solution and grow the business. 

TMA’s Central Media Planning team assists the Account Management Sales Team in Media Planning. 

Responsibility

1.       Grow Business in Pune by acquiring new clients


Role

1.       Identify potential clients and the right point of contact in these SMEs and Startups

2.       Connect with these advertisers, pitch our services and fix meetings

3.       Understand client brief and share Media plans working in collaboration with the Central Media Planning team


Skills required

1.       Good at identifying potential SMEs and Startups who can advertise

2.       Ability to research and find relevant contacts in these organizations

3.       Ability to understand client requirement and pitch relevant solution

4.       Strong communication skills

5.       Reliable and can work independently with minimum supervision


Education and Work Ex

1.       MBA

2.       More than 65% throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation)

3.       Work experience of 1 - 4 years in B2B Sales in Pune. Candidates with media sales experience will be preferred.
