Has Quora started accepting ads or is it still the Beta testing launched last year?<\/p>\n

Came across 2 ads on a single page (URL). Both the ads on Quora are of Indian brands which is possibly because of geographical targeting capability of Quora’s ad platform.<\/p>\n

As per Adam D’Angelo founder CEO of Quora, the Q&A platform had 100 million<\/b> monthly active users worldwide in 2016. That was up from 80 million in 2015. There are also unconfirmed reports about India having the second largest\u00a0user base after USA.<\/p>\n

Will be interesting to understand the kind of targeting and ad formats Quora will support.\u00a0As an advertiser, one of the most interesting targeting I will be interested in will be the “Topics of Interest”. Interest if used as a proxy, can throw up a lot about individuals.<\/p>\n

Keep checking the blog for update on advertising on Quora, the latest entrant (or wanna be!) to the huge and growing digital marketing space.<\/p>\n

According to an old Q&A on Quora, the Beta platform was launched in 2016 to a limited users and anyone interested could write to\u00a0advertising@quora.com<\/a>\u00a0for participation.<\/p>\n
