The purpose of Tata Health app is to provide a seamless interface to connect doctors and patients on the same platform. Tata Health has both- offline clinics and online stores where people can buy medical items. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Campaign_Objective\"><\/span><strong>Campaign Objective<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of the campaign was to-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create awareness about Tata Health&#8217;s brand. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote Tata Health mobile application and drive downloads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise awareness about the Tata Health clinics in the city and drive clinic footfalls. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Target_Audience\"><\/span><strong>Target Audience <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>People who are open to check, book and purchase medical services like consultation, medicine purchase and appointment booking online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Geography\"><\/span><strong>Geography<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign was run in Bangalore, India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Challenge\"><\/span><strong>Challenge<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge was to filter out people who-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Are already using Healthcare apps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are open to online transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To reach out to the relevant audience ensuring minimum wastage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Approach\"><\/span><strong>Approach<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategy for running a campaign may be chosen by looking at specific details like-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The objective of the campaign<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The campaign\u2019s target audience&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geographical areas that the campaign needs to cover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Analyzing the above information will help us clearly underline the requirements of the brand and their need behind running the campaign, which will then propel us towards the direction of adopting the most suitable approach.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign&#8217;s objective was brand awareness + app install and it aimed to target people who are tech savvy and active users of online medical apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why was Bangalore preferred for running the campaign?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bangalore being the silicon valley of India, is home to majority of working professionals who work in the IT sector and startups. Targeting working professionals in Bangalore has the following advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>They are\ntech-savvy and early adopters of technology and new products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They prefer\nbig brands and tech-driven solutions than local services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They belong\nto NCCS A\/B having high propensity to spend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A majority of working professionals are non-native people. Hence, language can be a big factor to filter them out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Solution\"><\/span><strong>Solution <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keeping in mind the approach, read below to know why we considered the following mediums to be the perfect fit for TATA Health&#8217;s brand awareness campaign.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge was to reach out to the relevant audience and spread awareness about Tata Health app, drive app installs and encourage people to visit the Tata Health clinics.
