This is the only asus authorised service centre for smartphones and laptops. My experience here was horrible. I had given my phone for service here and they literally took 10 days for the delivery, they break the components and ask you to change it. And they apply a heavy charge on us. When you call them they don't pick up, when you email them they don't reply. This place is always moving with people, lot of complaints from asus products. There's always someone fighting with the technicians for their poor service.The place is located inside a complex and it's a small place. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE AND GET CAUGHT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Authorised Asus laptop and mobile service centre. They are looting money for inspection charges. They are charging more money. Don't go here. Better go any other service centre. Worst support and experience faced here.

Please teach your lady staff, how to behave with the customers, even over phone. Also when i got my lap serviced, they put the pannel in wrong way. now the edges became sharp as blade. Found new scratches on my laptop after service

No proper token or queue system, and most of the time there is no one to attend. The final counter lady communication skill was so bad as she was speaking to herself and in half way when she was attending my laptop she went to another person about other delivery.

On 10/06/23, I ordered a laptop asus a15 in flipkart. And I received it on 17/06/23 with a defective display by open box delivery (white spot only visible after turn-on) So at once I contacted flipkart CS to return the product, but they told me that it is an open box delivery, so we can't return the product. And they told me to contact ASUS CS for replacement with the facility of warranty. So I contacted ASUS CS to return the product, and they assisted me to Chennai asus service centre for onsite warranty. On 27/06/23 Asus Engineer checked and stated that it had been defective before the arrival itself. So he provided a DOA certificate for my product and sealed & packed it. So again i contacted Flipkart CS for replacement with DOA certificate, but they told me that you have to contact the Asus brand only for replacement. If I call the Asus CS, they told me that you have to contact the purchase point for replacement. My issue was getting denied by both sides. So on 06/07/23, I went directly to Chennai Asus Service centre with my sealed laptop, and I asked to change my display spare at least. And they told me that we will try once with the seller to replace your laptop and asked me to wait for 3 days. On 07/07/23, The Chennai asus asked me to send a mail about my issue to their official mail ID. And they escalated the issue to the selling point. On 10/07/23, I received a call from Flipkart CS for laptop replacement. On 12/07/23, my laptop was replaced successfully. Nearly I suffered for more than a month, i literally lost hope on replacement, but the Chennai Asus Service centre person helped me to replace the product.
